THE BIBLE

We believe the Bible to be inspired, the only infallible authoritative Word of God.

GOD

We believe that there is one living and true God, eternally existing in three persons:  the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit; equal in power and glory, perfect in holiness, wisdom, power, and love.  He created all, upholds all, and governs all.

JESUS CHRIST

We believe in Jesus Christ, God's only begotten Son, conceived by the Holy Spirit.  We believe in His virgin birth, sinless life, miracles, and teachings.  His victorious and atoning sacrifice through His shed blood, His bodily resurrection, ascension into heaven, perpetual intercession for His people, and personal, visible return to Earth.

THE HOLY SPIRIT

We believe the Holy Spirit cam forth from the Father and Son to convict the world of sin, righteousness, judgement, and to birth spiritual life, sanctify, and empower for ministry all who believe in Jesus Christ.  We believe the Holy Spirit indwells every believer in Jesus Christ from the moment of spiritual rebirth and that H will also fill all believers who ask for it as in Acts 2:4.  We believe in the exercise of all Biblical gifts of the Spirit.

PEOPLE

We believe people are made in God's image, of infinite worth, and the supreme object of God's love and creation.  We believe all people are sinners by nature and choice.  Our sin causes many problems in life and causes separation from God both now and for eternity.

SALVATION

Salvation is God's free gift to us, but we must accept it.  We can never make up for our sin by self-improvement or good works.  Only by trusting in Jesus Christ as God's offer to forgiveness can anyone be saved from sin's penalty.  When we turn from our self-ruled life and turn to Jesus in faith, we are saved.  God regenerates by the Holy Spirit those who repent of their sins and confess Jesus Christ as Lord.

CHRISTIAN LIFESTYLE

We believe in the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enables to live a holy and victorious life.

ETERNITY

People were created to exist forever.  We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost, the one to everlasting life and the other to everlasting death.  Heaven and hell are real places of eternal existence.
